The stitch pattern from Alice Starmore's Celtic Collection was placed in a set-in sleeve cardigan design utilizing the beautifully bright natural 3 ply black yarn from our foundation female, Show Me the Heather. To decrease the elasticity, the design was knit on US 1 needles which also highlighted the detail in the stitches. To add structure and an additional layer of warmth, the sweater was lined in soft black flannel. This is a sweater jacket that can be thrown on next to the skin or over a thin layer and still take on whatever cold weather might come!
