The second shearing from our blue ribbon winning foundation female, Xanadu P. Coloratura, yielded a wonderfully soft, crimpy blanket that made it ideal for our first project processed 100% by hand from the raw fleece. We carded 6 oz of fiber on hand carders and spun it into 3 ply yarn that was then knit into this warm, soft scarf. This classic braid is a timeless favorite that seemed to suit the heathery natural beige color of the fiber.
