When we got the back the yarn from our own Trueheart's Amber Eclipse, we were dazzled. Incredible handle, beautiful black with red highlights, and incredibly bright...this was a natural black yarn that could be combined with our white yarn from Sunny Mesa's Torey and Pikes Peak Andrea without a single compromise in softness. We arrived at a modern silhouette - a V-neck that bells slightly out at the sleeves and bottom hem and falls to high hip length. We wanted to make the most of the color contrast while highlighting the black, so we gave the sleeves and body a wide border at the bottom with a curving pattern that combines wonderfully with  the sharply geometric pattern that comprises the rest of the sweater.
